This completely optional program is a simple way to associate your solution with a platform that’s growing in scale, capabilities, and marketplace partners. It’s a quick way to put prospects’ minds at ease about technology and let them focus on the world-class services you provide.

Usage Guidelines
A great spot to use the Powered by PrismHR logos is on anything that talks about the technology that supports your HR services. Powerpoint presentations, datasheets, website pages, etc.
Sizing:
- Never make the logo larger than the following dimensions, as it leads to a loss of image quality. Feel free to downsize the images, but maintain the aspect ratio of width to height.
- 600 x 600 for the square version
- 1600 x 400 for the horizontal version
- If you need a larger format, the .EPS file should be used to scale the logo up and then be exported.
Placement:
- Place on a white background that allows the logo to be clearly seen. Avoid placing on a patterned background or colors that make it difficult to read.
- Typical location could be in the bottom left or right corner of the page, but remember to put your logo front and center – your brand is the focus!
