PrismHR Demo Training Guide
The demo training guide is a workbook that takes you through a high-level overview of PrismHR technology so you can become more comfortable with demonstrating the technology with prospective customers. This workbook is meant to be a step-by-step guide on how to demo, including a talk track, screenshots and more.
Since the average PEO client has less than 30 employees, most prospective customers do not need to see every system capability. This training guide is geared for those less complicated prospects or for the introductory demonstration of the complex, larger prospects.
The demo training guide is a word document designed for you to take and make your own. This provides the technology framework of the story but it’s really important for you to add how your services differentiate (what makes your organization unique) your HR outsourcing solutions to complete the story.
Once you’re comfortable with the training guide, it’s time to practice, practice, practice! It’s the only way to get truly comfortable with the story and talk track.
PrismHR Training Demo Training Videos
In conjunction with the PrismHR Demo Training Guide, we’ve also released a course through PrismHR Training called “PrismHR Sales Demo Training.” The course is 22 minutes long, is comprised of two videos, and is designed to help your salespeople and other client facing employees learn how to give an effective high-level technology demonstration.
The first video will cover your demo basics: an intro to demoing, why it’s important, and some tips for an effective demo. Part two of the course covers the actual talk track and shows you how to navigate the system in order to give an effective high-level presentation.
In order to enroll in the course, your organization must have access to PrismHR Training. If you do not, contact your account executive. If your organization has PrismHR Training but you do not have an account, one of your managers can create an account for you. Once in the system, you can enroll in the course from your catalog or search for it by typing “PrismHR Sales Demo Training” in the universal search window.
