PrismHR Seeds demonstration videos are available for you to view and download from the Seeds portal. These videos are the perfect vehicle for showcasing your HR technology to prospects and customers and for training. You can even customize them with your own branding and use them to promote your technology on your YouTube channel.
Training
The demonstration videos are an excellent training tool for your sales team that show the key points to highlight during a live demonstration. Additionally, demo videos are a great way for other members of the team, who don’t necessarily work directly with the platform, to see how the HR technology works. If a member of your team would like to join Seeds, they can do so by registering here.
Upload to Video Hosting Provider
All demo videos can be downloaded from the Seeds portal. Since they do not have any PrismHR branding, you can upload them to your video hosting provider, such as Vimeo, Wistia or YouTube. To do this, click the download demo video button, this will open the video in Google Drive. From there, click the download arrow icon to begin the download.
When you’re uploading the video to your YouTube channel, be sure to complete the title and description fields with details on the HR technology module and your company’s information. These fields will provide additional SEO value. And, you can upload a custom thumbnail with your branding to the YouTube video. The optimal size for the thumbnail is 1280 x 720 pixels.
Customize with Video-Editing Software
If you have design resources or access to video-editing software, like Camtasia, you can download and customize the demo videos with your branding by adding your logo/company at the beginning and ending. And, we have even provided the scripts that were used in the demo videos that you can use as a the foundation for your own demo video.
